I recently had my BA on April 27/2012 with Dr. Blair Mehling. I can not express enough how impressed I am with the service I recieved right from the start. Dr. Mehling's staff were very welcoming, accomidating, and extremely knowledgable...just to mention a few. Dr. Mehling himself is FABULOUS! He spent time in my initial consultation with him explaining every detail about the procedure I requested. I knew leaving that appointment he was the person I wanted doing my surgery. He is not only an incredible surgeon who gave me results I had only dreamed of, but is an amazing person. His welcoming personality and attention to detail are what make him "the" individual to see for your procedure. Being someone who works in the beauty industry/media, I can tell you that every client I have will be referred to him. I was given a confidence back thanks to Dr. Mehling's impecable talent and recommend him to the HIGHEST degree. A HUGE thank you to Dr. Mehling and his staff! You all are fantastic!

The office was very clean, bright all the staff was helpful and Knowledgable. Up to date technology. Not only did the Dr do a full exam spent the time providing use with accuret infomation so that we can make an informed dissusion.

Dr. Belland was an incredible help to me. After being ignored for years and years by other doctors she listened, understood and acted. She has completed 3 surgeries for me. One laparoscopy with ovarian cyst removal, one TVT and one Tubal Ligation. All of which were successful and without complications. You may wait past your appointment time but she is worth the wait! You wait because she takes all the time you need with her. You leave feeling like a priority. Her nurse, Lisa has a great sense of humor and the same attentive and caring personality at Dr. Belland. Every time I've had a question or a concern, Lisa or Dr. Belland call me back immediately. Going into a surgery can be VERY intimidating but she made it comfortable and even pleasant. I've seen a few receptionists go through the office, good help is hard to find. You'll be lucky to have this team on your side. I wish she was my family doctor.

Remember she work and is paid by worksafe.BC , you will get screwed by anything that comes across this incompetent doctor desk stay away from the BC fiberal appointed stupid , dumb lying doctor.She will tell you go home a take a aspirin.pain is all imaginary according to this i never even met you lying doctor.BC must be desperate to hire this corrupt icbc,worksafe.bc bureaucrat adviser.

I had breast augmentation done with Dr. Chong about 4 months ago and I and and very happy with the results. I was very nervous about choozing the worng size and the potential complications of surgery. Dr Chong was very patient and caring throughout the whole process. Surgery went great and the post operation went very smoothly...very little pain. The scars a barely visible now. Anyone considering cosmetic surgery will no doubt find Dr Chong is a gifted surgeon with a kind bedside manner. Thank you Dr Chong!!!!

I have a tummy tuck, liposuction and breast lift with Dr. Chong over 1 month ago and I am sooo thrilled with the results. His office staff are friendly and accommodating. I never felt rushed with dr. chong and he took the time to answer all my questions and make me feel at ease. Post op was a breeze. I hardly had any pain or bruising. My body looks better than it did when I was teenager!! I would recommend dr. Chong to anyone considering plastic surgery.

Agreed that one part of procedure would have to be fixed. Then proceeded to tell me I would have to pay again. Got quite angry when I said if he agreed part had to be fixed he should take responsibility. He is very fixed on money, and should take a moment to reflect on the fact that he is only human and can make mistakes, and take the right road to correct it. Forget about the money for a while. Don't rip patients, we work damn hard also to earn it,

Quite some time ago I had a cyst removed from my scalp. This doctor hardly spoke to me but never stopped talking to a man who was assisting him, mostly about hockey. I was shocked that neither one asked me how I was and all the time I could feel the tugging and pulling as the cyst was removed. I could never recommend this doctor no matter how knowledgeable he might be.

I had my nose done by Dr. Chong and when i saw my result my nose was bent to one side. he said "not everyone is perfect and besdes I dont see the bend" everyone else can see it, hmmmm. I paid alot of money for my sergury and he he didnt even do it properly and didnt seem to care about it or me and how i felt at all! I wouldnt recomend him to anyone

He was very kind and friendly, and did a good job of explaining the pros and cons of surgery. Regarding punctuality, I always had to wait forever for appointments at the hospital fracture clinic where I saw him, but that is just how hospital visits go. His receptionist/admin assistant at his practice, however, was fairly rude and I strongly disliked speaking with her.

I had a consultation with Dr. Kreidstein with regards to some skin cancer that needed to be removed. He did not introduce himself or even say hello as he entered the room. His "bedside manner" was horrible. Not only was he unfriendly, he was impatient and not the least bit compassionate. The rooms are impersonal as you have absolutely no privacy and everyone in the waiting room could hear our conversation. He presented me with minimal information and he did not offer unbiased advice. In fact, he scolded me for asking if we could postpone the procedure one week for personal reasons. He was judgemental and made no effort to console me as he saw the tears streaming down my face. I left his office extremely upset and in tears. This was NOT a good first impression.so so uncompassionate!!!!

Single handedly the worst investment of my life. Don't walk...RUN!!! Now have to pay equal amount ELSEWHERE to fix the mess he made. Result: worse than before, lots of pain, an emotionally disconnected surgeon and lack of ownership/too fee focused. TERRIBLE! Very Dissappointed and just money oriented.

My experience with Dr. Kreidstein was different from what has been posted. After weight loss, I had a belt lipectomy performed five years ago, and I can easily say it has been a deep regret. I found Dr. K. did not follow through with what he'd proposed during our pre-op consults. He spoke of addressing this surgery as a "work of art", and any issues with muscle tightening, liposuction, or whatever was needed once in surgery. What he did perform was the circumferential removal of excess skin around my abdomen -- no lipo, no muscle tightening, nothing. The results were far from adequate. When I tried to address the issue, he took offense and refused to talk about it -- it was MY problem. After two post-op visits (suggesting added work at additional cost) I was so upset and ashamed by the work that I never went back or fought back. This is the first I speak of it publicly. I am glad for those whose experience with Dr. Kreidstein has been positive yet I needed to show another perspective.

Office looks like it is there to make as much money as possisble for the Doctors. Office is not for the comfort of the patients, does not you give a feeling that they care about you. Very long waiting lists.

He was recommended by a friend of mine. Talked so fond of him...but my experience was awful. Horrible surgeon! He wrecked my hands with fat injection and the liposuction to parts of my body is not even..he wrecked my upper eyelids also. Do your research.

This was the worst experience ever. This doctor is abrupt, impatient and rude. He has no bedside manner and doesn't explain the procedures. He should find another occupation or improve his human relations skills.

I am on my third day of breast reduciton surgery, I am in pain, but not as I imagine, he is very good, very confident and knows what he is doing. I am very happy I went to him =)

HORRIBLE! I went to see Dr. Kreidstein a few days ago about a scar. He only spent 5 minutes with me on my consultation appointment, and then told me there's nothing he can do about it. All he recommended was to keep on applying the off-the-counter creams I have already been using prior to seeing him. What a joke. I've never heard of a doctor saying they can't do anything. He could've at least gave me a needle to flatten my scar or done some kind of laser treatment to lessen the appearance of the scar, but no, he offered no help and was completely emotionally-disconnected. And the nerve of his office to charge me $226 for this utterly useless 5 minute consultation.
It's so HORRIBLE that some doctors, such as Dr. Kreidstein, only cares about big surgeries such as breast augmentations and tummy tucks that makes more money for him, and does not care to do smaller procedures/treatments where he would make less money.
What an expensive consultation I had to pay for that was only 5 mins and had zero results!

I had my breast augmentation done by Dr.Chong in March of 2010. I had gone to about a dozen doctors before him and none of them made me feel as comfortable and confident in the surgery as he did. His assistant Michelle was amazing and they both answered all my questions and concerns thouroughly. His bedside manner was impecable and I would reccommend to anyone lookig at this or any other surgery. It is now a year later and my results are nothing short of spectacular far better then I could have ever imagined. Thanks to Dr. Chong and his staff for a great job and pleasent experience all the way around :)

Dr. Kevu is wonderful. He is kind, sincere and very helpful. His staff are great. The best thing though is that He prayed with me when I asked him. I knew he is a believer in Jesus Christ. I felt so comfortable. He is very dedicated and devoted to his patients and work. I felt like he is a professional I could trust and I'd definately recommend him to others. I've had other surgeons in the past who really had no bed side manner. Dr. Kevu is way different. He really makes you feel special and comfortable. He is the REAL thing. Thank You Jesus for Doctors like Dr. Kevu! He and his family are a true blessing to Corner Brook!

I'm the guy who wrote the previous critique (on my ala retraction/flaring nostril surgery). Dr Antoniak did do a revision and I am satisfied at this point (the revision occurred two weeks ago). He's a careful, competent surgeon. While the gap isn't completely gone it's been mitigated to a reasonable position without having to resort to a tissue transfer operation from my ear that might look surgical.
