I am very impressed with the attitude and professionalism of Dr. Marignani. The removal of a cyst from my hand was quick, painless and if my hand wasn't bandaged I would not even know that I had anything done at all. An extremely satisfactory experience and I will definitely recommend Dr. Marignani to anyone who requires cosmetic or plastic surgery. The staff working with her were awesome as well!

I have never come across such a caring and knowledgeable physician. Put me at ease from day one and love the results. Would recommend her to anyone.

I has a breast reduction recently ( EE to C).She did an excellent surgery. She has a very nice personnality. The Strathroy Hospital, where she does the surgeries, is very clean and the nurses are great. I would do it again.

I was very unhappy with the whole procedure. I had lost 110 lbs naturally and was excited about having the excess skin removed to define my new shapely body. This did not happen. Also the staff at Strathroy Hospital were rude. They deliberately put me a room with an obnoxious patient, who woke me up every hour, when there were several empty rooms available. One of the kinder nurses actually said she couldn't believe they put me in with her. They also sent me home less then 24 hours after my surgery. Later after meeting with Dr. Marignani, she asked why I requested to go home so early, which I had not. So they basically told my parents to come get me before I was ready or supposed to be discharged. Then once the bandages were removed for the first time in Dr. Marignani's office I could see the look of disappointment in my mothers eyes before I even seen the results. There was still a significant amount of excess skin on my waist and abdomen. Not worth it at all!!!!!!!!!
