I saw Dr. Bell for minor surgery. I had the most horrible experience of my life following this surgery and I fault Dr. Bell for not providing appropriate care both pre and post surgery. I did not receive proper advice on medication usage prior to surgery (I asked but was told to remain on immune system suppressing medication). I developed symptoms of infection within 18 hours of surgery and called for advice to be told that it was impossible to get infected this quickly. He didn't take my symptoms seriously even though I was extremely weak, so much so that I couldn't walk. Instead, of treating the growing infection(you could see the redness and blisters developing), he put me on a mild antibiotic. I was so sick the next morning, we called 9-1-1. I was in hospital for 5 days, spent 16 days on IV antibiotics and another 10 days on oral antibiotics. It has been the scariest experience in all of my life.

I cannot stress enough for people to AVID THIS DR!! I had breast reduction surgery and he completely ****ed me. He even blamed it on me by saying"Well you have thin skin so that is the result" I have seen 2 other Dr's and they cannot believe the mess he did on my surgery. I even have to have more recon surgery bc of it. Please don't consider him unless you want scars, pain and future surgery.

Dr. Bell did my ear surgery (to bring ears back closer to the head) few years ago.Visually the difference after the surgery and after was almost undetectable, it was not at all the result I was hoping for, and not nearly the result, Dr. Bell suggested I would have after the surgery. What I was left with, instead of visual improvement, is stiffness and chronic pain where the operation took place....this pain becomes more acute in cold weather and in times of stress.
