He was very kind and friendly, and did a good job of explaining the pros and cons of surgery. Regarding punctuality, I always had to wait forever for appointments at the hospital fracture clinic where I saw him, but that is just how hospital visits go. His receptionist/admin assistant at his practice, however, was fairly rude and I strongly disliked speaking with her.

amazing surgeon ! goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable, and does an amazing job. ....also, hes quite good looking
