Just had my surgery by Dr. Howley and can't say enough about him. Surgery went great and he makes you feel so at ease. He is a very smart man and really knows his stuff. litte scarring and little pain. Very cute too. Would and have recommended him allready. Would go back to him in a heartbeat.

I found Dr. Howley to be kind, caring and very understanding. He made me feel at ease and took the time to answer my questions and explain my procedure. I felt very confident in his abilities and was not disappointed. My procedure was very successful. I would highly recommend him.

This doctor is very competent and patient. He takes the time to explain options, possible complications and recovery conditons. I feel very comfortable recommending him to anyone. He is one of the best.

Dr. Howley did my breast reduction and I'm extremely satisfied. I have tiny little scars, not much pain, he did an excellent job!! Would recommend this doctor! Good job!!

The Doc Cut a two inch lump off my spine and left a one and a half inch scar. I was back at work the next day. Awesome!!!

I have had the previledge to be under the care of Dr. Howley, all I can say is his excellent. Very precise and knowledgable. He truly cares about the well being of patients. You feel comfortable because he knows what he is doing. He listens to your concerns and provides feedback. Very professional. He is one of the best surgeons and all the best to him. Toronto

Dr. Howley is a very competent, and somewhat daring. He informs his patients of any risks, and is dedicated to resolving any problems. He seems to be a man with a mission, so be sure to slow him down and make him listen to you. He is kind, gentle, and respectful. He is also extremely smart. If you can get his full attention, which may prove difficult as he is three steps ahead of you, he is incredible. I really trust this doctor. He is one of the rare ones ... Moncton will be lucky to keep him.
